Guardian to Guardian - Interview with EvanF1997

Destiny has a large community with a large and dedicated fan base. Within this community, there are those who have rose above and become staples to those are fans of the franchise Bungie has built. One such person is EvanF1997 who creates content on different aspects of the game such as controversies, game breaking weapons, raid races and much more. This style of storytelling is unique and no one else that is considered an expert creates content in this fashion. Evan has been creating content on Destiny for years and is the go-to man for not only insanely entertaining videos but informative ones as well as he has found the perfect marriage for these 2 styles of writing and reporting to create his own unique brand. 

 With Bungie releasing next major yearly expansion The Witch Queen in a few days, this was the best time to get Evan’s take on the upcoming expansion, season (which will release alongside the expansion) and the future of the franchise since there has been some major developments in the past month. One such development is the acquisition of Bungie by Sony Interactive Entertainment. This is huge as this now gives the studio major funding for bigger and more dynamic releases for Destiny 2. This also helps pave the way for Bungie to branch out the Destiny universe into other forms of media such as movies, tv shows etc. as they have announced that is something they are working towards.

With the roadmap that was released months prior during the Destiny 2 The Witch Queen reveal stream, Bungie has laid out what the next few years are looking like in a nutshell for players. This has opened the door to many possibilities of where the story can/will lead and this has garnered speculation and theories from people such as xXHoundishXx, MyNameIsByf, Datto, Aztecross, Ebontis and EvanF1997. With Bungie’s goals becoming more of a reality as each day passes, fans are eager, ready, and willing to support the best way they can and are here for what Destiny will throw at us next. Never underestimate a Guardian!
